3 Month Free Trial Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply to this offer:

1. This offer is only available to new clients.

2. A standard Service Agreement will need to be signed.

3. If RLS agree to take over the management of an existing Tenancy then that Tenancy must be:

  i.  In good standing with no arrears or problems.
  ii. Written acceptance of the change of management is required from the Tenant(s).

4. This offer does not apply to RLS' Tenant Finding Service or Tenant finding fee.

5. The 3 month free period will begin once a suitable Tenant is found and Tenancy Agreement signed. It will start from month 2 of the new Tenancy, month 1 will be covered by our Tenant Finding fee.

6.  The 50% off for 6 months option will also run from month 2 onwards (as mentioned above) and reduces our monthly Management Fee to only 5% + Vat for the term of the offer.

7. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Terms and Conditions contained in our Service Agreement and are subject to change without notice.
