This depends on which of our services you decide to use. For our Tenant Finding Service and our Fully Managed Service our 'finders' fee is 50% of the first months rent up to a maximum of £450.00, then the on-going fee for our Fully Managed Service is a very competitive 10%. This is payable from the second month onwards. Please note that the above excludes V.A.T. which is applicable at the current rate on all our fees.

We are unique in capping our finding fee to a maximum amount, also unlike most other letting agencies; we do not ask you for any up front payments**. We also operate a No Let – No fee system. We don't see the need to become another part of the 'rip off' culture!
